Facing problems in their marriage, Gaurav and his wife Sudha decide to give their marriage another chance at the intervention of Deewansaheb. Pankaj is worried about Deewansaheb's health. He warns Deewansaheb not to take undue stress and advises complete rest. Sensing he does not have much time to live, Deewansaheb wishes to share some confidential financial matters with his wife, but she refuses, saying she can never dream of life sans Deewansaheb.
